We only ship orders within the continental United States.
We accept Cashapp, Affirm, PayPal, and major credit cards as a form of payment.
Please keep in mind that most pieces sold at www.robertsonstdesigns.com are either handmade or hand designed in small batches, causing some variations in form and that the new product you will be receiving will have unique features.
Please note that Made To Order custom personalized pieces take approximately 2-4 weeks to create and ship.
All Ready To Ship pieces are shipped within five business days.

In an unlikely case of the piece being damaged during shipping, please send an email with photo of the damaged piece within 24 hours upon receiving to arrange a replacement. Otherwise all sales are final.
